This four bedroom detached house is located in prestigious Caldy Road, Caldy.

We were briefed to make several alterations to the property but mainly to convert the existing garage into a games room. Also we opened up the existing kitchen and utility to make a larger kitchen area for the family to live in. We then converted the existing internal shed to the utility room and created a new doorway into the kitchen.

In addition to the creation of a games room, the internal works has increased the overall living area of the house.
