The proposal was design a loft area that included a master bedroom and ensuite. Due to the size and depth of the property, the roof space was easily sufficient to include the rooms. Also as the property had a high roof pitch, which also helped by maximising the available floor space above a head height of 2 meters. We included 2 'Juliet' balconies to the rear of the property, which provides views of the Wirral coast line.
