Our brief was to design a loft conversion which would include one extra bedroom with en-suite to this traditional 3-bedroomed semi-detached house.

To accomplish this, we had to create a side dormer to provide sufficient head room to get the stairs into the loft space. At the rear of the house, a further larger dormer was added to include the window to the bedroom and en-suite.
