This 1950’s detached
three bedroomed family home, situated
on a quiet road in Neston, is to undergo
extension, internal alteration and
external modifications to give the
occupiers all the benefits of a modern
home.
The main elevation,
fronting the road, is to be modified
by the insertion of new windows into
widened openings, and the erection
of a storm porch; this will give a
completely different look & feel
to the existing frontage.
On the ground floor
there is to be an extended kitchen
and breakfast area leading onto a
morning room, which has a large amount
of glazing, but with a traditional
roof construction over, rather than
a conservatory type roof which will
keep in/out heat more efficiently.
There will also be a utility room
& cloaks / WC incorporated into
the proposals.
There are also internal
alterations planned, to give a spacious
entrance hall, leading to the existing
family lounge and a newly created
dining room.
To the first floor
a new large family bathroom is to
be situated in the existing bedroom
three, and two further bedrooms are
to be created to give a four bedroomed
home. There is also provision for
an en-suite bathroom to be attached
to the master bedroom. |
