The proposals for this project had already received Planning Permission. We were instructed to bring the project through the Building Regulations Approval stage and enable full working drawings to be issued
for use on-site.

This detached 3-bedroomed house has been redesigned by replacing an existing side utility and separate garage with a two-storey side extension.

This side extension was replaced with a two-storey side extension giving the property 4 bedrooms with en-suite to the first floor and a larger kitchen and utility to the ground floor. The upper floor has been set back from the original building, as required by the Planning Authority.
