This housing development of 7 detached houses, 3 mews houses and 4 flats, occupies a quiet cul-de-sac, which in turn is off a cul-de-sac. Our brief was to design a residential development that incorporated both standard and affordable flats, but also to include facilities for a nursing home. With this in mind, we designed a scheme that would incorporate the use of several blocks allowing for flexible design and block usage. Attention was made to overall massing of the development because the existing site is already extremely varied in building heights and sizes.

Huyton is an established residential and commercial district within 15 minutes drive from Liverpool City Centre. This development is situated in an area which is now ready for redevelopment and improvement.

This project is a new terraced development of 2 two-bedroomed houses, and 6 three-bedroomed houses located in Rock Ferry, Merseyside. This development has been designed to offer affordable accommodation to the local community, whilst rejuvenating the locality.
